白明的近期自然抽象油画表现了岩石、山体、河流的神秘、变幻和美，白色、灰色乃至变化莫测的墨色成为淡雅、冷逸的主调，以往的线性风格在虚静的意境中得到演进，巧妙地营造出富有神韵的意境。其文化抽象则是静态的，表现了历史的烟云、凝固的人文地理的沧桑、斑斑驳驳的神迹，随着视觉密度明显加大、加深，温润和透明向浑厚、雄强的势态和气态运行。
“象罔”是白明近年创作的六十多件抽象油画作品的集中展示。作品大致分为两种形态，两个相互关联的实验空间，前者是自然抽象，后者是文化抽象，二者相互映照，相互阐发，实则为一个有机整体的浑然生成。
白明的抽象油画融会意象之道之后，讲究气韵和妙悟，但依然倚重感知上的本能、灵魂深处的潜意识来推进画面，意境逐渐深远阔大，其间隐含着大自然的神韵，充满着天地万象的神秘、变幻和美，日愈显现出冷逸兼有雄浑的抒情抽象绘画风格，这种风格趋向说到底也是个性和人格的境界表征。

“XIANG MANG”is the concentrate exhibition of Bai Ming’s 60 works of proximate created abstract painting. The works approximately divided into two kinds of states, two interrelate experimental spaces. The former is natural abstract, the later is cultural abstract and the two shine upon each other and explain each other. In fact, they are one integrated mass of organic whole.
Introjecting the image methods, Bai Ming’s abstract painting focus on lasting appeal and savvy. But it also rely heavily on the instinct of apperceive and hidden consciousness deep in the soul to push the menu and the artistic conception deepen and broaden gradually. It contains the verve of nature, full of the mystery、change and beauty of heaven and earth and ever phenomenon, gradually visualize the frostily ease and vigorous firm emotion express abstract painting style. This painting style tendency in the final analysis is the artistic conception token of individuality and personality.
